Pursuing Excellence and Keeping up with the Times
In the process of ornamental fish breeding, algae are most likely to appear in the aquarium of aquatic plants. Algae have always been a headache for fish friends. So how should we control the growth and reproduction of algae in the breeding process?
First, remove dead algae
When algae grow and propagate rapidly, carbon dioxide in water will be consumed, resulting in rapid increase of acid and alkali in water quality. The death of a large number of algae will consume a lot of oxygen in the aquarium.
Second, stabilize the pH value of water
When a large number of algae appear in the aquarium, fish friends or aquaculture operators can control the growth of algae by adjusting the water hardness, water temperature, and controlling the pH value of water.
Third, the appropriate use of algaecide
When there is excess oxygen in the water, it can also effectively inhibit the propagation of algae. At the same time, we can also select a special algae removal agent crystal copper sulfate, mix the appropriate dosage, dissolved in water.
Fourth, change the water to clean the fish tank
When a large number of algae have been propagated in the aquarium, the fish must change the water and thoroughly clean the fish tank to remove the algae attached to the tank wall.
Fifth, clean regularly
Large fish tank production -- Huayu aquarium technology points out that in the daily breeding process, regular water exchange and cleaning the fish tank are the key to maintain good water quality. If necessary, algae can be removed to reduce the probability of algae in the fish tank.
